We are looking for an Investor to come in and buy a 33% stake in an existing restaurant business operation looking to expand both its offering as well as it's footprint. The store is situated in the ever growing and expanding heart of Stellenbosch. Right among the mix of the students.
The expansions outside the store currently is a very lucrative catering contract on a prestigious yacht on the V and A waterfront as well as a dark kitchen operation launching this month in Cape Town.
The expansion within the store is to gain a Mexican street food offering that would fully work and compliment the already running and operating Sushi and Asian street food offering as well as cocktails and drinks served in store.
This operation is alongside a very well established restauranteur in the area that is very well connected and can leverage a lot of catering influence and opportunity.
We have cultivated a cult following among students and have an incredibly engaged and thriving online presence. The town is rapidly growing and we aim to leverage that growth alongside expansions further in the cape.
We see this concept able to expand and grow as well as being able to create franchisability with it.
We currently asking a R1 000 000 buy in from an investor and then a +/- R75 000 needed from each 33% shareholder to expand the Street mex concept in store.
