Extensive, independent market research highlighted the following geographical areas as high demand areas for our offerings and services : Gauteng : Centurion, Randburg, Roodepoort, Sandton / Wynberg, Alberton, Soweto Limpopo : Bela-Bela, Polokwane North-West : Rustenburg, Potchefstroom Kwazulu-Natal : Umhlanga, Shelley Beach, Pietermaritzburg Freestate : Bloemfontein, Harrismith, Bethlehem Vaal Triangle : Vanderbijlpark, Vereeniging Mpumalanga : Middelburg, Nelspruit

Approximate establishment cost, including joining fee, of between R450,000 & R650,000 (depending on the size of the Store) will be required. Huge return on investment within two years.

The Franchise Holder will be extensively involved in identifying suitable premises, lease negotiations, showroom design & shopfitting, setting up Human Resource Management, Operational Management and Financial Management systems, recruitment, training, advertising and marketing. Ongoing support will include support in the areas of Financial Management, HR Management (including training and recruiting), Marketing & Advertising and Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
